Our Fresh Roasted Coffee

We fresh roast 100% Arabica beans from all over the world including South America, Central America, Hawaii and Africa.

We use the exclusive Swiss Water® process to decaffeinate our coffee. The SWISS WATER® process is a 100% chemical free coffee decaffeination process that results in great tasting decaf. Most other processes use chemical solvents, like methylene chloride, to decaffeinate coffee beans. Conversely, the SWISS WATER® process uses only water when removing caffeine, producing water processed decaf coffee.

We offer our coffee by the half pound, pound or by the cup. We offer whole bean or we can have it ground for you at the store. We accept telephone orders *call ahead and we will have it ready for you to pick up at the store. You can also order online and have it shipped as well.

Storing Coffee

When storing whole bean or ground coffee store in air-tight containers. Keep in a dark and cool location for maximum freshness.

 

Brewing Instructions

Start with 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 oz of fresh, cold water. Taste and adjust ratio of coffee to water to suit your preference. Serve immediately. Do not reheat. Enjoy.
